About Birchbark Safety Consulting

Birchbark Safety Consulting is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jonathan Sherman, BSc., MA, CRSP.

Since 2009, Jonathan has worked across the training and occupational health and safety landscape, gaining hands‑on experience in construction, mining, manufacturing, post‑secondary institutions, and government agencies—including non‑profits and NGOs.

Jonathan is always looking for opportunities to share his knowledge and the knowledge of others. His mission is to support individuals and organizations as they strengthen their safety, health, and psychological safety practices.

Based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Jonathan is available for consultation, speaking engagements, keynotes, and training support across Canada and internationally.
